View Full Version : As I drove home from work today I-10 north from NOLA

I saw at least 10 pickup trucks flying UNM flags. I am perplexed, I thought that we drive trucks and are low life dirt farmers, and that bunch of upper crust elite drives BMWs and such? What am I missing?

Although they usually go for the Hummers, they were probably top of the line trucks. We drive redneck pickups. They drive the "limited" type of whichever brand.

I'm thankful I don't have to get on I-10 to get to or from work. That is all.

U are fortunate, I can't live in the city. And the 10 does suck, the high rise is the worst, they drive over it like they think it's going to end, only yo get to the top and discover the other side.

According to Sean Touhy in the Blind Side movie his "son" drove a truck because "he thinks he's a redneck"......
