Just looked at the yahoo sports app and in the summary it states that OOC scheduling had a lot to do with MSU and NCSt being bowl eligible and then goes on to note that MSU lost to the 4 ranked teams it played.
What kind of bull shit is that? No doubt, we had a disappointing season as far as how we showed up against good competition even if the record was decent. But we won 8 17ing games, meaning we had a two game cushion for being bowl eligible. Even if you assume we were giong to lose to any ranked team we scheduled, how many teams in teh nation play 6 ranked teams? How many play more than 4 ranked teams?
