I lived in Virginia when Vick exploded onto the scene. That was also about the time that Beamer was making it clear to UVA who was going to own the state. That man's teams were gutsy as hell but his offensive scheme's made Jackie look like Mike Leach.

He roped off Virginia, particularly Hampton Roads from all ACC comers. We would do well to start working those 10-12 high schools. L.T., Vick, Iverson....just a few.
