it hard to believe that with the recent issues at UNM that standardized drug testing wouldn't have caught something. Is this something else for the NCAA to look at up there?

As far as I know each school handles it on their own. There is no SEC standard policy.

Correct and in 2013, it was discussed that the SEC would have uniform testing rules across the board. That failed but Sankey is considering bringing it back up. NCAA Drug Testing (http://www.wsj.com/articles/the-ncaas-drug-problem-1426792929)
