It still pisses me off that Ray didn't sign Geno. From a MSU family that begged for a scholly. he is 6'8" and is playing for the Ga Bulldogs. Kenny Paul could really be helping us now. Geno has the size and Basketball IQ that we are lacking.

The company line at the time was that it would be bad for Rick to sign an in-state player, only to have to cut him a couple of years later when the talent pool got so much deeper at MSU. I heard that directly from the mouth of one of the BDC officers.

Well, I guess we know who showed who.
