I'm thinking they should match Clemson vs Oklahoma, and Bama vs Michigan State.

Same as they are now, but MISU at 4 instead of Iowa. Don't see how you can penalize OU for not playing. Clemson has been #1 the whole way. Flipping them with Bama would be a complete shaft job, especially since they're undefeated and Bama has a loss.

Penalize OU? I think Oklahoma would be happy to be jumped by the other MSU.

If the committee ranks them from "best to worst" (given how teams are playing right now/ie "who's hot"):
1/4) Oklahoma/MSU
2/3) Bammer/Clemson
Who's "most deserving":
1/4) Clemson/MSU
2/3) Bammer/Oklahoma
