Personally I think it's somewhere in the middle. I think Mullen is a good coach that can't recruit linemen.

We've reached a new level where we are having winning records and going to bowl games every year instead of having losing records and not going to bowl games. I believe that few MSU fans think 8 wins is bad, and we have not always beaten weak OOC teams. Remember Maine (and many others)! Expectations have certainly increased under Mullen, which is good.
