Assuming the picture is on your computer:

1. go to http://www.imgur.com
2. Click the big blue button at the top that says "Upload images"
3. Click "Browse your computer"
4. Select the file(s), click Open
5. Click Start Upload
6. You'll redirect to your image, copy the address from the address bar and paste it in your post
