I understand that he brought Southern back from the abyss but is that really accomplishing anything, look at their schedule. It doesn't take that much improvement to beat the teams that they play. If Herman has already turned down South Carolina, as is rumored, I wouldn't expect for us to get much traction with him. It makes more sense for him to go to Columbia, and even that wasn't enough for him.

Whittingham would be a home run but who knows if he would be willing either. Same goes for Fedora, but to a lesser extent.

Rich Rod would be a decent option and I think we would have a good shot at bringing him in.
