Missing bowl games aren't acceptable at Nebraska. Does he get another year since this is his first?

Ken Niumatalolo is who they should go after. Nebraska needs to be an option team

Think they're missing those 9-10 win seasons Bo Pelini was getting them every year? Kinda feels eerily similar to the LSU situation. Be careful what you ask for

Nebraska still plays football? I thought they closed up shop in the 90s...

seriously, husker fans better temper expectations... that program will likely never again see the success of the Osbourne years...

I was surprised that they hired Riley. He was a good coach at Oregon state but wasn't great. If he was hired at any SEC West team I would have said it was a C+ hire. I didn't think he was even top half of the Pac 12

That was one of the strangest hires I can remember....the Nebraska AD better hope like hell that Riley works out, because if he winds up being a huge bust, that AD is going to be ushered out right along side of him.

Considering Or St.'s history, he may have been a great coach, OSU is 0-8 in the Pac 12 this year, beginning the day.

Did Iowa just channel their inner Eddy O and go for it on their own half of the field up by 11?

Absolutely correct. They could not beat OK and TX in the Big XII, so they changed to the Big 10, not doing to well there either.

One more year if he keeps calling stupid plays like that. Take the FG idiot.

yard line and throw a freaking fade. That's a very low percentage play and you only needed one yard. They are a poorly coached team from what I've seen. Untimely and uncalled for penalties and keep shooting themselves in the foot.

That is one of the dumbest play calls I have seen. Even if you call that play, it was covered perfect. The mobile QB at minimum should have tried to run the ball. The pass would have to be perfect with the WR making a great catch.

Damn, Armstrong's making Jeremy Johnson look like a Heisman candidate.
