Upper deck seating Q

Got my eye on some tickets. Please help me remember....is row 1 of WEST upper deck have a rail obstructing the view???? I sat there years ago and seem to recall looking over and under safety rails. But I could remember wrong.

I sat in the EAST upper row 1more recently. I don't recall railing. True?

I had season tickets on west side upper row 1 a couple of years ago and I don't recall a rail obstructing my view. It may be there and I just don't remember it. This is the egg bowl, you are going to be standing up and you are guaranteed nobody obstructing your view. I loved those seats other than the walk up the ramps.

East upper deck has concrete wall and no rail on top. West upper deck has a 2 bar rail on top of the wall.
