What's weird is I expected this to be a pretty damned good run for fans... not so much. Even worse, Malik cost us the game tonight.

Malik helped. I love his potential, but it wasn't met tonight. He'll get better

I was strictly talking about the free throws and a couple of odd defensive breakdowns from Malik. I know he's better than that, just hate to see him lose his first game on our how court. I'm assuming there won't be that many...

Hardly. 19 turnovers and going the last ten minutes without feeding the post cost us the game. Malik & Sword did not play well.

I think what we learned tonight is that our team really thought it could win every game through offense alone.

I think it was the culmination... Like a true state fan though, I've convinced myself we'll rebound

As a State fan then you also know we won't. We will lose to Arkansas this weekend and go 0fer in the Puerto Rico Tourney.
