Firing Ryan may be the popular choice, but there's several things on the list above him that need addressing to get back to winning games. If no other changes are made and the roster isn't shaken up, expect the same results no matter who the coach is.

Sean had no choice. The players quit on Ryan yesterday... It was the worst effort at tackling I've ever seen in the nfl

Two news outlets reported the firing and they Peyton beat around the bush during his presser. He said Ryan has not been fired "at this time."
