So apparently the bears were supposed to be getting a commitment from a 5 star OL today but now he is postponing his announcement until tba. They were already announcing him as their starter at left tackle next year (best OL evaaa). I heard Bucky even made the trip to his high school in Texas today. Things that make you go hmmmm. I guess the check bounced, Lol. He's Bama bound.

He's a great player, but he's clearly confused. Decommits from A&M..... takes an official to Auburn, Georgia, LSU and Bama but is expected to sign with OM. What?

Sounds smart to me...he's getting "love" from about 5 big spender programs right now. Clean out the Bears' pockets, and then go play for a winner with a real coach, Greg.

Would be nice if someday we could get a 5 star OL. I can't remember if we ever had one.

We'll have as close as you can get to a 5* signing in February.

I think he's settled with Bama..... I really want us to get Simmons, Knott, Brown, Lashley, and Kobe Jones. If we can land those 5, we'd be set.

For what it's worth: a Bear friend said the word is Little told Freeze he would commit to ole miss. According to him, another school came in and played the "Ole Miss is going to get hammered by the NCAA" card and Little got cold feet.

Simmons and Knott are signing day decisions. I think we get Brown, Lashley, and Jones (Brown is being recruited by Mullen and Cohen..... Saban is trying to make him forget about baseball). Knott and Simmons are both enjoying the process. They'll be at the game tomorrow.

We apparently have a pretty good size crew of recruits coming tomorrow. I haven't seen a list but if it's anything like the bama game two years ago, it has to be loaded.
