I hate that format. If you want to make it clear who youre responding to just quote em. Otherwise it makes the thread read all messed up because posts are out of order

It's bad because half the people have it and half does not so when someone replies to you if you have it you see it and if not you don't know what the hell is going on. I think the best thing is everyone on the same page and just quote if you want to reply directly to someone.
