Speaking of the tourney...say we end this season as a bubble NCAA team. Would you rather go to it with the knowledge the round of 32 is probably the ceiling or the NIT with a legit shot of winning it?

I'm almost inclined to say NIT if I thought we had a legit shot at the title. We'd probably be a 1 seed which would mean extra home games. Now if I thought we had a legit crack of at least sweet 16 in the tourney then I'd definitely take the NCAA.

Tourney. All. Day. Long. Exposure with Malik is to good with tourney. Plus this is a veteran team that should be rewarded with at least one NCAA appearance. Maybe NIT if you have an extremely young team that you are trying to build for future seasons. Maybe.

You never know what can happen in the tourney. A player the caliber of Malik could easily account for a win in a game we otherwise may have no shot in.

As long as we didn't paint the University Drive bridge over 12 to read 'NITville' **

That's like asking would you rather play in the Waterbury Open or The Masters.** Tourney all day long.

NCAA. Being in the NCAA is better than winning the NIT.

Not sure if serious. You asking whether we'd rather be the 32nd best team or the 69th best team?

Come on, your better than that. NCAA and it's not close. No brainer.
