Must be to IU bc Howland just said on teleconference that he only expects 1 more LOI to day and that's Peters I believe bc he hasn't signed yet.

It could be Peters.. Or Maybe not.... Peters tweeted yesterday that he is unsure when he will sign, but he will be in Starkville this weekend.
