With all the openings nationwide, it stands to reason that bigger schools will poach some of the smaller schools' coaches. Do you think we have to worry about some of the smaller schools coming after manny for a HC job?

I think we will have him for at least one more year if not a couple more. Most small schools seem to go with an up and coming offensive mind. I also think he needs some continuity on his resume. He has done a pretty good job this year for sure I would hope we can hold onto him.

When he came here Manny said "this will be the last coordinator job I want to take". I took that to mean only a HC position would get him to move. Was it coachspeak? I don't know.

He learned from going to Texas. Unless it's a HC gig (looking at you Memohis), I can't see him leaving barring an entire staff departure.

Mullen? ...when have we lost a HC due to poaching by another program? "Not counting on it?".......seems a little premature
