Good news on Jenkins and Warren. At least Aeris looked good on his carries tonight. Impressed by that young man tonight... On limited carries. Hate that for Lee.

Warren got hurt right before half. Malone played there the second. He got beat a couple of times. But we did out up 17 in the third so we blocked well enough for a period anyway

Warren got hurt right before half. Malone played there the second. He got beat a couple of times. But we did out up 17 in the third so we blocked well enough for a period anyway

Good grief. Unfortunately injuries happen. And over the course of Mullen's tenure we have been better than most teams avoiding injuries for the most part. Heck at one point this year many were calling for us to amp up practices EVEN if it caused some injuries because they thought our defense was too soft. And we don't know when or how this even happened. I do think Dear might have gotten banged up against Kentucky.

I love watching that run by JRob in your signature. Noticed by watching it he breaks that first tackle by just throwing the defender to the ground with one arm. I really miss that kind of performance out of our backs this season. Wish he'd stuck around this season.

Malone was trying to play tackle with guard technique. Malone actually has more of a tackle mindset than a guard mindset.

Other than giving up a sack and almost getting dak killed on his first drive at LT, I thought Malone played well and that Calhoun did a good job at guard. He opened up more holes than Malone and we seemed to have more success running the ball in the second half.

Yea, and that DE Davis for Mizzu is no joke. He is a stud. Thought he did pretty well after those two malfunctions
