Yes they do a top 25 and then the polls closely change and adjust to resemble to committee the following week.

These poll voters are the same clowns that picked Auburn to win the SEC and JJohnson to be in Heisman race. For this very reason the committee is probably the best thing for college football. They can actually watch and comprehend the details of each game that resulted in a 14-13 game final and a game that was 14-13 until the final 5 minutes and it ended up 28-13 final.
