With the scholarship limitations, no, I do not think we can. Not surprising to see schools who benefit from scholarship advantages in the 5 spots ahead of us.

I mentioned it and included the other rankings.

Only way to be #1 is to have other schools take major draft hits.

This 2015 class is best overall class in over 10 years. Several making major contributions in 2016.
