On SEC Network Gameday, they just interviewed Mullen & looked like he was in a terrible mood & had not slept in a while. He confirmed Redmond's ACL injury

Good- hopefully he has been burning the midnight oil working on offense

Why all the negativity and worry? The UK QB has been sacked 55 times in a season and a half. We should take care of business today if we come to play...period!

Yeah- while there is some reason to worry this week- we had people scared of La Tech

I'm actually much less worried this week than I was about La Tech. La Tech is just one of those gypsy teams that we always seem to play terrible against for no reason (until this year). I've become accustomed to us taking care of business against UK.

We will roll this bunch Today. My how soon we all forget that last year we had just risen to #1 after three consecutive emotional wins. We had a huge target in our backs and it was Kentuckys super bowl. Relax and enjoy the day. We will be fine. Just need the other teams in the west to do their jobs and keep us in it.

Some people are superstitious with their pessimism. Nothing wrong with that if you understand its more of a superstitious thing than anything else.

Nope. I never blinked an eye about la tech, Troy, etc.....
I just have a bad feeling for some reason. Hopefully it's just gas due to the Redmond news. I'm really concerned. Towles is good.

Mullen has never lost a game he's a double digit favor in and he's only lost about four games ever where he was the favorite.

Oh yeah. I do realize that fact, and that's what I keep telling myself. Dan just doesn't lose these games. It still isn't helping my feelings though!

UK almost lost to ULL. UK went to OT against Eastern Kentucky. UK got beat at home against AU. UK can't stop the run and lost one of there starting DT. UK can't protect the QB given up the most sacks in the sec. Just some basic facts

I hope that means he's gonna come out and coach pissed off. We usually roll when he does.

Holy damn, I agree with Liverpool for a change. We may wind up covering, but it's going to be a scrap most of the night. Especially with Redmond out. Wouldn't be at all surprised if we don't cover.

I'm really concerned. Towles is good.

Towles is extremely dangerous, but he will have to play the game of his life tonight, plus us turning the ball over to win.

The rest of Kentucky's team is non-threatening. I think there is a chance this is a close game, if we don't play well, but I'm not sure there is any logic in being scared that we will lose unless you are just always worried that we'll play like complete garbage.

Towles isn't any better than driskel was. Uk isn't any better than La Tech.

Houston, Ole Miss 2012, GTech I think are the others.

Ole Miss last year as well. However, I don't think we were favored in that Houston game. Also, both Ole Miss losses we were only favored by 1 point I think, so that is being a little nitpicky.

OM was a 1.5 point favorite in 2012.

Ok wrong year. It's roughly 4 games. Either way it hasn't happened many times and never has it happened when Mullen is a double-digit favorite. Were we favored vs Northwestern?

Towles is good.

He's really not. He played well against us last year, which is I guess the reason State fans say this, but he's the very definition of mediocre.

I'm friends with a UK fan and told him Towles might torch us with Redmond gone. His response: 'Towles doesn't torch anybody.'
