I know Sapper does. He's got a lot of good forums and online resources to point you to as well. I'm sure he'll reply soon.

We went kayak fishing here in Tibbee Creek a few years ago. It was a blast. You can really "gunk-hole" up into some spots that you can't get to in even a jon-boat. Those things are quick, too, if you feel like getting after it. I've been meaning to get one for myself....hope others chime in with their setups.

I've been doing it for years and only get the boat out if someone else is joining me now. It's a blast, especially in the marsh for redfish. I fish ponds, lakes, bays, marsh, reefs in the sound - you can do it all in a kayak. If you have any specific questions, post em up. I may not be able to answer everything, but I have learned a lot the hard way.

I do with a buddy who has several that he's won in tournaments. You won't regret it. My wife and I fish together a good bit and she's wanting us to get each other kayaks for Christmas. I'd rather have a new rifle but whatever.

I do and it's a blast. A lot of trial and error. The more you get out the better you get at your setup and what you want to do. I've bass fished more this year than I ever have. In May I caught a bull drum that drug me around for a while. That was a blast.

I fish freshwater all over north AL, including Guntersville Lake, exclusively via kayak. The pros for me:
1. Low cost. I purchased my yak from an old man on Craigslist for $800.
2. It is versatile - I can go anywhere that has at least 3" of water, and I hunt of out it. Also highly customizable for cheap. I have made a seat riser and crappie spider rig rod holder for just a few bucks.
3. Not much storage space and no maintenance required.

Here are some questions you want to answer prior to purchase:
1. Sit on top or sit-inside? I have a Native Ultimate 12 sit inside. Because I use it for hunting too, I need storage space that a sit-on-top wont provide.
2. Length - small water or big water? If I didn't fish small streams too, I would consider a 14'. I would also consider a larger yak if you are going to do any overnight camping.

You can get a used yak on Craigslist pretty cheap, so go that way if you just want to try it out. Then, you can put your money in the setup you really want. I highly recommend the Native Ultimate series.

Dug out some pics of my setup:

First is rigged out an early April morning at Guntersville Lake.

Next is a seat view on the Flint River in Owens Cross Roads, AL.

Last is a shot of it mounted on my truck:

I mostly plan on fishing for reds and specks in TX Gulf Bays and inlets, and probably some lakes. I'm about 6'1" and over 250, so I am looking at a Ocean Prowler Big Game II, for more stability. I have a coworker that fishes in a Native Slayer regularly, and really enjoys it.
