Diaz really needs to work on our game prep each week because there is clearly a problem there. We struggle heavily on the defensive side of the ball throughout the first quarter and sometimes all the way into the half. Then we magically get better for the last 3 quarters of the game. His in-game adjustments are on point and clearly that is his strength. However, to win in this league you have to play for 4 quarters and we have consistently looked abysmal in the first quarter. I don't know what our game prep looks like from the coaching side but something needs to be changed there.
