So is Matt basically ignoring our "Creative and Ingenious" play calling and personnel choices? Could it not be that the players are disgruntled because Dan isn't playing the best players and also not putting the team and players in the best possible positions for success? Let's not forget we are all animals, some lead and some follow, and when the followers start to think their leader is complacent they become apathetic.
