The more you look at both situations, the similarities are uncanny? Both known as great "recruiters" but all of their "big time gets" either never pan out, have some shadiness behind them, transfer, etc. Their teams never live up to their fanbases expectations (which are both VERY unrealistic)...they live off transfers from other schools...the more and more I think about it, the only difference is that Josh seems to not be a hypocrite and maybe a little to nice and genuine to be a successful head coach.
