We have 2 OOC games before Kentucky. It's time to get dear, gray, Jenkins, Williams, peters, Bryant, jt gray, mclaurin, and green more action. I think we'll be 6-2, but bama will beat us. I think we can get to 9 wins if we start turning it over to the young guys.

We best not sleep on Tech.

They are 3-2.

Two losses are a short week Thursday shootout at WKU and 3 OT at Kansas State.

Tonight they beat Hudspeth 43-14.

Yeah, as bad as this sucks right now, I still think we go 9-3.

As I said in another thread, I would start Jenkins at LT and Calhoun at OG. I would go ahead and move Dear to RB.

On defense, I would start JT Gray and Peters. Then I would go 50/50 at Mike with R. Brown and Green.

You got that right. La Tech has always been a thorn in our ass.

If we keep playing the same older, less talented players, then you're certainly right. If we go to the young guys, we have a shot. May not work out either way, but I'd rather roll the dice and go for a higher ceiling even if it lowers our floor

How can people watch this team and possibly see 9-3? With that defense and play calling, we'd be luckier than a three dick dog to win 8. With the offense we've put up the last 2 games I'll be very happy with 7 wins.

We match up well against Arkansas, and should,be favored against uk, la tech, and mizizzou, but we have no margin for error just to get to 8 wins. Then we have to beat bama or um. It's possible we get there, just seems unlikely considering how we've played so far.

Well I don't think Dak (the best offensive player in the SEC) will lose to Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, Troy, or Louisiana Tech (all of whom are clearly worse than us), so that's 8.

I'll stick with my 8-4 prediction.

That said, we have a great shot to be 7-2 when bama comes to town. We'd be right in the thick of the west at that point, but we have to improve drastically to have a shot against bama (or win the turnover battle 5-0).

If we play like we did the past two games, we will lose @Ark or @Miz. I don't see why people think those are gimmee games. We can't stop the run, and last I checked Arkansas runs it pretty well.
