Mack Brown should be in jail for how he ran that program into the ground. It is really shocking just how little talent they have. Strong is a good coach.

Strong seems to be making it worse, not better.

Strong is a good coach, it just may be a bad fit. And there was division among the boosters about hiring him. With a program already in turmoil you need everybody supporting to turn it around.

Strong had to purge the team of Browns recruits that were pampered/effortless, so the team he was left with is pretty bare, playing tons of freshmen this year, so expect growing pains, and they have shown effort and progress the past couple if weeks, they just found ways to lose. But today is pretty damn bad. Charlie will have at least one more year I believe...we will see what he can do the rest of the year

Gary Patterson. Make him turn down a doubling of his salary.

Exactly. You don't win like he did at Louisville without being a good coach. Sometimes it just doesn't work at a place, for a whole lot of reasons.

Or having Teddy Bridgewater covered a lot of issues? Louisville and Texas are 2 different animals.
