We came out doing what we made a living off of last year, running and throwing the ball down field. It didn't work because we couldn't block it. After we went to the shorter passing game we played better, but it wasn't enough, barely.

I was just reading that. Hack, Coach34, etc are genespage exchange students? Never thought I would ever see them called that. You can look a ton of previous top teams and once or maybe even twice a year they will lay a big turd in a game when the shouldn't. I've seen much worse than what LSU did today. OSU Va Tech 2014

Yes they do. Maybe they had some outside distractions this week besides just the loss.*** I believe they still have most of what they need to still be a really good team. But without a steady QB and an OC who understands what this team is, power pro not just a pro style, then they look to struggle this year. And did they run another 2 yard pass route on 3rd and 3? Whether that is a bad pass, scheme, or player not recognizing where he is, those little things can kill you. They just gave up a possession and did the same stuff last week.

I'm in no way predicting a vandy win, but I do think this game is fairly close tonight. Mccreary for vandy has actually played fairly well lately. He's 3rd in the sec passing. Vandy's defense is pretty good. I say 34-17 OM
