He's done. Going to be interesting to see how long he tries to hang on. And it puts SCar in a really tough position. He's unquestionably the best coach they've ever had, but you can't let him tear down everything they've built. It'll be much easier for them to slip back into irrelevance if they don't pull the plug than to keep it going.
