I'm headed up to the game in the morning, so I'll just have a flask.

What kind of juice you throwing in that Titos, Coach? Me and my wife just whipped up some White Russians.

I love a good ribeye as much as the next man but they don't take long enough for me to cook and stand over the grill and drink cold beer. Think I may throw some ribs on the smoker In the am and have some Kuby's deer burger for lunch.

Mom's gumbo ahead of the game, Gridiron club food as we wont get there much before kickoff, custom blended bourbon.

Hopefully a few fried dove Sunday night.

Prediction? Pain.

A couple of large pork loins (SAMs) on the holland grille, some pulled pork and wings for the tailgate. Gonna be a hot one, ice cold beer thru the day.

I had a great ribeye tonight at 2 Rivers in Canton with some Gin and tonic. Tomorrow night, we are grilling a whole beef filet in for the Tide, RTR.

Sunday, I'll need some Prevacid and a nap. By pass surgery Monday. Hailstate

That is what I am talking about, no sense sitting around thinking about it eating a salad. Best of luck.

Hell yes to the "Two Rivers". My favorite steakhouse.

We're keeping the food kinda light at the tailgate tomorrow but I've got some Sweetwater 420 and Lucky Town Ballistic Blond to beat the heat.

Grilled about a 3" cote de boeuf tonight.

Drank a few Hendricks and tonics.

Having a night-cap of cognac.

Gonna wake up early and make breakfast casserole (w/ homemade venison breakfast sausage) for the tailgate.

Then immediately start pounding beers. Rolling Rocks.

Frosty.

Keeping it light at tailgate tomorrow. Spicy Bacon Pimento and cheese. Manmosas in the morning(Tito's, Champagne, Simply Orange), my go to pregame drink for day games. Wife made Lucky Charm Treats(think rice crispy treats). Interested to try those or barter with stoner college kids. 52-9. I'll toast one up to the Dale family in the AM. Can't imagine what they are going through.

I love it. It's a good change for me away from just doing regular martini's

For a different vodka drink try Deep Eddys cranberry vodka mixed with San Pellegrino Blood Orange. Half and half. Sneaky and tasty.

Think I could be thrown out of Texas if I bought canned tamales. State law.

My wife and I were looking at that and the Deep Eddys lemon vodka. Are they worth a shit? The drink you described above sounds pretty good

Deep Eddy's Ruby Red and Cranberry with a splash of club soda is a dangerous combo. Good stuff.

Tonight's menu at casa de BMS will be Pecan Encrusted Red Snapper topped with a white wine & European butter crab meat sauce. Side of angel hair pasta lightly tossed in Parmesan cheese and olive oil. I'l probably start off drinking yeungling but I'll end up in my bourbon cabinet at some point. My mixing whiskey is currently Old Charter and my premium cabinet has numerous options.

This will be documented with pictures on the Outdoor Dawg forum.

Haha. What's funny is you're more likely to find me raging whiskey bent wearing a wife beater. I really don't think I own a sweater. The book on my side table is Murder Machine (story of the Roy DeMeo crew of the Gambino family). Please tell me you're not a FBI profiler lol.

I grabbed a 4 pack of Bramblin' man, a seasonal wheat ale by lazy magnolia, never tried it before and figured it was worth a shot. Also filled 2 growlers, one with an Octoberfest, the other is a stout. After I enjoy all of that the food will take care of itself, perhaps Peter Pan extra crunchy with homemade blackberry jelly on honey wheat
