I've always found the "Everybody does it" excuse to be completely lame because only one school has completely changed it's recruiting profile without winning over a sustained period of time to work themselves there.

If "Everybody Cheats" then the recruiting rankings would stay virtually the same & gradually adjust overtime to account for some teams winning over others.

Everyone does cheat, but, as evidenced by their rapid rise in the recruiting rankings without winning their way there, Ole Miss cheats far more than everyone else, except possibly Auburn.
