I'd love to see Valley, Alcorn, or JSU get back to the Jerry Rice type level. I was in school down at UMC during those days. The stadium would be rocking when one of them played. They were all pretty good.

I love SWAC football. Sadly, they're pretty much I-AA, D-2 level teams.

That said, I hope we play Valley so that we can say that we have played all three in state SWAC teams. I noticed they played New Mexico last week, so maybe they have straightened out their scholarship situation.
