Can someone explain the differences here?

MSU +4.5 85/100 (0.85)
MSU ML 100/180 F (0.56)

First one is MSU gets 4.5 points. If you get it right, it pays out .85 per 1 bet.... That makes sense, but the next one does not to me.
Are you picking MSU straight up, and only getting .56 return on your 1? If so, there's no reason anyone would be that over the first option. I assume I just don't know what the second bet means though.

Yea I reversed the odds. I'm fixing it but don't think it will retro bets already made
