Wonder how much to lease one of those puppies and where will they be located?

My guess on the cost is if you have to ask you probably can't afford it. :( I wonder where they would be as well. That would be awesome to have but I don't think it will be in my price range, LOL.!

Seems a bit odd. Are they permanently on campus for year around use? Or do they move them each week?

If you want to see them built. Here they are at Georgia Southern.

Rumor is they are leveling Dorman and going to build a new one at the old intramural fields across from seed plant, and increase the green space with these located there.

People are saying they rent for $5000.00 per game at Georgia Southern. Not sure I believe that.

Yes, they're nice, but as soon somebody drops a bomb in the enclosed bathroom, the party is over.

They are made by a company down on the coast (I believe it's Mercy Housing) and they have several axles under them so they are mobile. I've been looking at purchasing some for rental property.

I really don't want the campus looking like a KOA on weekends.

Fans tailgated in/around rvs and campers long before blue tents. Why not ban kids from coming to games next?

Geezzzzz. What will "they" come up with next?

What is the point? You can only use them from 9am to midnight? Again, why? If you could use them for a night...maybe... But I don't get the point of those.

Level Dorman. Build a new building with suites inside the new building over looking the junction. That would serve the purpose and look a million times better.

They can't look any worse than Dorman. I think they will look great, and it will be one of a kind in the SEC at least for a little while.

Those will look like excrement lined up.

I don't like it either, and I think it's a terrible idea.

400ft^2 house-trailer for tailgating? Really? The "money" folk have got to have a better way of hanging out on campus for 15 hours. Oh, they do..it's called a Diesel Pusher RV/Bus whatever...

No idea where you guys have gotten the idea that Dorman is going to be leveled. That building isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Do you guys have any clue how many research labs are there?

They aren't displacing a ton of professors and labs for a hotel unless they have somewhere to move them without any halt in research.

According to the video giving the tour they have water hook ups. I'm guessing that means their permanent. Unless you have hoses going to every one.

Don't know about ga southern, that's sounds steep for them. But, considering what they get to put up a white tent and give you 3 tables and 20 chairs I wouldn't be floored by 5k. The market will dictate how well these for over- if people are willing to pay then guess what- it worked.

Why do people bitch when we come up w something new and creative that hasn't been used by anyone in our league before? It might be incredible. It might suck. But good grief people, give something a chance. We've had bad ideas before and typically they end themselves. Just chill good grief

Can you stack them? lol ala LFL

I assume this is a similar concept to the Left Field Lofts.

I also assume this will be a high end "status" type thing, since it has it's own concierge (security / waiter) , or corporate entity leased similar to stadium suites.
You know, Tailgate at the 1878, then 10 min before kickoff, get shuttled to the elevator to go watch in your suite, or loge cube.

That is completely counter to everything that I have come to love about college football... different folks, different strokes.. I guess

Yep. That's what I think too. Perfect for corporations or entertaining clients.

Expect to see the second level of suites built at Davis wade next.
