Player participation question

Can someone explain to me why Torrey Dale got so much playing time? Pretty sure I remember a 3rd down play where both him and Deandre Ward were on the field at the same time. That baffles me that both of them were on the field during an early 3rd down conversion.

The player participation online says Peters played, but I don't remember seeing him on defense. Also says Chris Rayford played but I don't remember seeing him play on defense either. With our garbage CB play I have to think he might a bit more time next weekend.

Peters and Rayford played special teams.

I know everyone hates the 1a and 1b stuff last year, but our guys were gassed at the end of the game. Chris Jones went from dominant to non existent last night.

My biggest concern is lack of depth on the DL, we've got a problem there.

Cory Thomas must have been suspended. Braxton Hoyette too, I guess, because Dale played Tackle when he was in. If Dale is a regular backup tackle we are doomed.
