How many on the field coaches are allowed?

I noticed some of om's off the field coaches are coaching and participating on the sideline. Is it common for guys that are recruiting assistants to do this?

They have to have guys there with the red Nike bags to tape the ankles and other injuries with $100 bills.

Everything they do is pitiful. Can't even control their own sideline.
