Usually when a spread is fishy like this it's not a good sign. Seems like Vegas is begging for money on State. I could definitely see us winning handedly, but the game being closer than it really was. Back door cover. Something like 38-20. Here's why:

- Mullen is gonna play a lot of guys. Hell he rotated the whole second team offense last year against USM
- We are going to be very vanilla. Not like we are breaking in a new QB or system
-Dak will play maybe 4-5 series total
- Mullen has a tendency to get cute with a big lead (see LSU last year)

I could definitely see us getting up like 24-0, emptying the bench, giving up a couple garbage time scores and winning like 38-20.

But that has zero effect on my confidence going into LSU or the rest of the season. Although some folks would undoubtedly panic.
