@epchihuahuas: WOW!!!! The @Hunter_Renfroe Show continues! He just blasted a solo HR in the 8th. He's now 3-for-4, 2 R, 4 RBI in his 1st Triple-A game.

They won't keep those two for long after this year.

It's possible that he could get called up, but it's also possible that the Padres may want to start his "clock" next year too.

I thought September call ups don't really count for arbitration?

When you get called up to MLB, you start to accrue service time.

Ok but it's against their line of thinking the entire year when they call up everyone in Sept with the expanded rosters. Just weird that they no longer give a shit or maybe it's there to force teams to call players up. Think I just answered my own question.
