I'll be down that weekend and if the weather would cooperate I'd love to get out and get a few more red and some mangroves.
Here's a map of LA waters. Running down to Chandy and then getting close to that boundary on the SE corner off Chandy will be a quick, easy limit. Mangroves might have to run to fed water. A good plan would be try mangroves first and grabs reds on way in.
