I skimmed through some of the game a few days ago on Youtube. Our defense looked just plain stupid at times. Horrendous tackling, missed assignments, and bonehead decisions in the secondary. Such a wasted opportunity.

I saw it on ESPNU last night. Eggbowl 2014...I assume.

Sickening.....sickening. 4 big plays by them. None for us. Maybe that is over simplefication but we could have won with a little more effort and less mistakes. Make no mistake, their fans are the worst...but they had a good team. They proved vs the Alabama schools......they are tough to beat at home. We just made to many mistakes to beat a good team on the road. Missed tackles and drive stalling penalties and terrible play call that allowed a sack in the 2nd half....as well as we played at LSU early in the season. We played inversely bad at Bama and OM.

OH....I still can't believe there was no call on Elstons late late hit to take out Dak's knee. What a POS Elston is. I hope that isn't forgotten next EB.

One more.......those EB uniforms....were the best so far.

That's 2 straight trips to Oxford where we just got flat out efforted. I understand it's tough to win on the road in this game, but that's no excuse to come out looking totally unprepared and flat. It's one thing to lose when you give your all and the other team is just better. It's another thing to lose because of lack of effort and complete lack of focus especially in a rivalry game. I love CDM but I'm not making any excuses for him in this game. Beaver had his team more fired up and they flat out wanted it more. That's totally unacceptable IMO. It was a great season but this loss gave it a bit of a sour taste

I never want to watch that game again but if I did a bar would be a good place to watch it. It should not be watched without the availability of alcohol.
