Notable: Prescott listed at 230 pounds. Same weight that he's been at for 4 seasons now

Nah. Can't be. I have it on good authority that he is "considerably" slimmer now. Preparation for the Air Raid offense we're going to run.

I saw some other pics of Dak and I agree he is slimmer.

I assume Moton is waiting on the clearinghouse. Just speculation.

I havent asked about TD since I was originally told Co-Lin 2 months ago. Could be Co-Lin or could be making some more coursework up to enroll in Jan. I'm sure we'll hear soon.

Quadry Antoine and Rashun Dixon are no longer on the team either it appears. I bet Todd will be sick...Every time I see Rashun's name I think about the impact Todd thinks he will have.

Antoine transferring to NW St. Not sure about Dixon.

Farrod Green is good to go though.

I thought Rashun was the TE/HB Dixon? No? If I'm confused, my apologies.

Yea, just checked...Rashun no longer with the team, leaving us with no Dixon's on the roster I believe

There is no Deshun on the roster. Rashun is the one you're hoping would break out at FB/HB, correct? He gone.

Well I don't see Deshun either although last I heard he was still on the team. He may report when school starts I guess. I don't think he would have a huge impact but he could have potentially filled a role, but not too surprising that Dan probably won't use him.

We needed antoine's scholarship to get to 85, among others that have already moved along. Part of it.

First, take weights w a grain of salt. And just because he's 240 doesn't mean he wasn't or isn't out of shape. He'll be fine, just don't base an opinion on something that was printed on a roster!

I always considered most on this board to be fairly knowledgeable, but this thread has me concerned.

Citing to the roster for anything other than player's number and how to spell their name is pretty foolish.

Per what appears to be his Twitter account, it sounds like Rashun Dixon has decided to move to Oakland, California. Happy trails.

I'm just screwing around. I legitimately have no idea if he is or isn't in shape. I've never laid eyes on him unless you count high school highlight tape.

Kivon Coman at 6'3? That is laughable. Love the guy and think he will be a good safety this year but that is laughable. Surely a misprint.

I always thought Coman was at least 6'1" but I've never stood next to him to compare either. 6'3" in the program is probably about 6'1"-6'2" in real life.

Probably 6 feet even at most. I like the guy and have stood next to him on several occasions. A 6'3 safety would definitely catch your attention on the field since they are so rare, and I've never looked at Kivon and thought damn he's huge. I do think he is gonna have a huge year this year, though. We sure need him to.

Did you notice that Nick Gibson has been assigned #21 (Keefer Magee's retired #). Are we going to use it again and is the family ok with it? I always wondered why we used #97 as Rodney Stowers not only broke his leg in the Fl game and died shortly afterward from complications from it. Both jerseys and other items used to be in a glass display case in the stadium locker room. Have not been in there recently but I assume it's still there.

Coman was 6'1 coming out of high school, so he's likely somewhere between 6'1 and 6'3. My question is, who cares? A 6'1 or 6'2 safety is big too. I've seen some bad asses play Safety at 5'10, and Market ain't bad at what, 5'8* (he looks 5'8)?

Jamal Peters is who stands out to me in the roster. 6'2 with wheels and a huge wingspan...that is a perfect combo for a Diaz Safety in my opinion. (Or anybody's safety for that matter)
