What are people hearing about the following guys...

Will Coleman
Jonathan Calvin
Travor Jung
Dez Harris
Torrey Dale

Will any of these guys turn out to be really good? Will any have impacts this season? Are you expecting little to nothing from any of them over the course of their careers here? Just give me some info on these guys and whether they will likely play a factor this year or in years to come.

I expect the 1st 3 to get significant 2nd team reps. I'll wait & see how Dez look in fall camp before I comment on him. Torrey I'm afraid it's just never going to work out.

If Dez is healthy, I expect him to beat out Lewis to solidify the 2-deep. He'll be 9 month post-op when practice starters- as long as he hasnt had any setbacks in rehab, he should be fine.

Who are you saying are the 2nd team LB's because I don't have Leo in the 2 deep?

Yea but I think JT could end up beating Zack out. Dez & Jung would battle for Beni backup spot.

I see Dez being Benni's back-up if he's healthy. Just dont see any way Leo makes the 2-deep and while I doubt he will take the RS option- I really wish he would

As usual we will be very good and deep at LB. It has really teed me off that these talking heads have said but State has a new defensive Coordinator. Wait a minute, so does Fl, LSU, TAM, Auburn and I may have missed someone else. Sort of a double standard with the media experts. Nothing but star watchers.

At our 2 inside backer spots- you have Benni, Richie, and Gerri for sure. Question becomes who is that 4th guy? There is just too much competition there for Leo to get that 4th spot

I don't like that. I think green could be a versatile player (de/lb). I would love to see green on the edge during passing downs some.

I thought we should've done this with bmac also

As usual we will be very good and deep at LB.

We are turning into Line-Backer U. And it doesn't seem to be letting up any time soon.

All the 1A and 1B aside- we really do have 2 groups of LB's that can play

they will be in Goalline

in today's football- we just can't play the Brown's and Green at the same time- to much Spread and passing

Manny Diaz is the Master of disguise blitz. No way he go have all them head hunters and no plays to have em together.
