I'm not a blue moon fan. I outgrew fruit wheats long long ago. However, I do plan on using blue moon in a seafood beer batter were that little bit of citrus can add a layer of flavor.

We used to drink copious amounts of Blue Moon on draft at Polliwogs back in the day. $5 pitchers was hard to pass up.
