That's a very good good number for us and maybe we can get to 50,000.

I can remember when the place was packed at 42,000 and even 32,000.

We've come a long way baby.

This include students? How many go to visitors?

I believe 6,000 go to SEC visitors so this must include the student numbers.

That brings up another topic. Are we block seating visitors or doing like Bama and others and scattering them through the stadium?

Yeah, but I think during the last couple of years, they've included the student season tickets in the "already sold" count since they always sell out.

This is a perfect storm year for ticket sales for us. Had a great year last year with probably our best QB of modern times returning for his SR year. THEN add to that this is the odd numbered year where we have all of our biggest rivals at home (LSU, Bama, OM) and we should have huge demand on tickets and looks like we indeed do. Never understood why our 3 biggest rivals were set up where they are either all at home or all on the road in any given year. Would certainly be better overall if we could split those up.

Traditionally, visitors sit in the lower southeast corner (usually where visiting band sits), lower southwest corner, and then a good portion of the upper west deck. It may be different this year, but I haven't heard or seen anything.

Visitor sections are 24-25 (lower level) and 301-304 and 310-313 (upper level).

More like the best MSU QB of all time....our Archie Manning, Billy Cannon, and Joe Namath all rolled into one.

Probably so but I don't know how one would even begin to try and compare Dak to Jackie Parker from decades ago. That's why I left it at modern times.
