Any news on how he's working out, literally and figuratively?

We had less injuries and were number 1 five weeks last year. Dudes a beast IMO

I believe Court once said we had a nicer weight room than Ohio State.

We all gave Balis props and some of it was over blown.....Court deserves some attention, I saw many players working out Saturday, shorts and no shirt......good Lord, I wouldn't, couldn't play college football with full body armour.

These guys are ripped.

Court was Asst head strength coach at OSU not HC

Wonder if it was his idea for dak to slim up. He does look considerably thinner these days.

Balis was solid, but Court did a tremendous job last year. Particularly on the hydration issues that we see during fall camp. They monitor those types of things very closely and if I recall correctly, we didn't have one issue with cramping last year.

Which means he knows what the OSU weight room looks like & was thus comparing it.

Diaz said that our facilities rival teams like Texas as well. The Seal Complex is def impressive.
