Good idea to me, of course, all these new positions made possible by John Q and Jane Q college football fan, donating all their time and money to college sports. Either way, just one more way to gain an edge. I don't think statistics mean the world in college sports, especially since the playing field isn't level, but it can certainly help you lean one way or the other, and give you a basis for long term planning.

I know Mullen is all about making decisions and game plans based on his data set. Anyone have that speech he gave to a stats or production class a few years back? Pretty sure it was on YouTube. He dumbed it down quite a bit for the audience, but still was interesting nonetheless.
