The NFLPA forbids agents contact of college players until the third Super Bowl following their high school graduation. There was no NCAA rules violation if contact was made between Tunsil and agent.
In Tunsil's case, the only rule violation that we know occurred was transportation provided by an agent (probably a one or two game suspension). If Tunsil signed a contract or took money from an agent, his college eligibility is over.
The NFL will likely sanction or fine the agency that committed the rules violation.
If it can be proven that Ole Miss tampered with grades and/or provided money in this case, that's a whole new ballgame. This is assuming that the NCAA Enforcement Division still has any teeth. We'll see as time moves forward.
