Blevins is on his way to turning his work on this investigation into a job on 60 Minutes.

Could be a big promotional & exposure opportunity for the young man if he finds some real dirt.

OM is going to deny him future access based on this coverage. Bank on it.

Yep. Can't believe they didn't hire another BearShark lapdog for his gig. This cat seems a lot like VZ, got a little bloodhound in him. Good luck hiding this shit, Bears. Kid knows something is wrong and looks like he's going to break it and parlay it into a much better paying gig.

That would be a poor move on their part & draw mass criticism from other media outlets. Unless Blevins is going something unethical, then he is just doing his job by investigating the story. Banning media member for doing their job in an honest manner, would be an extremely dumb move.

Yep, if he blows up the story, he won't be concerned with being limited or blocked from OM access, because he'll be working for ESPN or yahoo sports or si or foxsports or one of the other national sports sites.

McReady and Alford criticized Blevins for his "error" on where the meeting occurred. Parrish Alford sounds like every bit as big of a fan as McReady. This is what you have to be to be embraced by OM. McReady is not rah rah, but he offers skepticism on everything anti Ole Miss. They continue to demonize Miller which is why they stand where they are.

Blevins stood by his story the meeting was in Oxford. And for that matter, what does it matter where they met? Mcready and Alford are Ole Miss homers so no use in taking anything they report as anything other than to help Ole Miss.

McReady said on his podcast today that he wonders if the NCAA happened to be in the Memphis/Oxford area and came when they heard of the allegations or did they come straight from Indy on a holiday weekend. Also, one side is simply lying about where the meeting took place. Ole Miss is saying the meeting took place in Memphis. Riley Blevins (clarion ledger) along with Miller is saying that it happened in Oxford. If you meet with the NCAA about any irregularities about your program on Mars or your football complex, it's a big deal and not good. They are quick to discredit Blevins because he said the meeting took place in Oxford and wrote a story about it after Bjork said Memphis. If it comes out that the meeting was indeed in Oxford, do they start to discredit everything Bjork says? I think you already know the answer about that.

Where is the Commercial Appeal in all this? Usually, they would be on this by now.

It doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, but Ole Miss people are out to discredit everyone right now. So by trying to discredit Blevin's story about where the meeting took place, they are actually making an effort to discredit Blevin's entire credibility about everything else in the story.

This is actually a mistake IMO, because all it's going to do is make Blevins dig in harder to the find out the truth about what is going on.

The mere fact that they are grasping at straws trying to discredit the most inane of details shows you they are scared to death right now. It's almost as if they've quit trying to deny the allegations and are instead focusing on attacking the credibility of those levying the charges. That's straight out of the defense attorney with a guilty client playbook.

I don't think they have an Ole Miss beat writer anymore. The Tunsil story does not appear to have an AP source yet, so I guess no Commercial Appeal coverage.

Alford is one of the most homerish beat writers I've ever seen regardless of school. He's almost as bad as some of their paysite writers.

Dang, how long has Alford been on that same beat at the DJ? 25 years? Talk about a guy content at his job.

Ross was wrong about the meeting.
He doesn't know what's going on with Miller and it's Killing him..
Is it too late now to pay Miller off?
