Wow, that was quick. I thought that since he was an MSU fan, he may stick around a while.

Brandon Walker is moving to Martinsville VA to take over & be the head honcho at the newspaper there. Ben took his place.

Brandon Walker was really good. And from listening to him on BSR I could tell he was very well informed on the details within the program and an MSU guy. I will miss him. Ben Wait is an MSU grad but from having heard him on BSR as well tends to be much less informed than Walker.

With Ben being so young I'm sure he'll grow into his role. Brandon has been around the block in this career for awhile. Ben is still a bit new to it. Yes Brandon was informed on BSR but Ben's personality is alot more laid back than Brandon's. I'm sure he'll do a good job...just gotta give him some time.

He said he actually took a step down to take the job at the Dispatch. He was head honcho at whatever gig he was at before the Dispatch. So now he'll be back to running the show in Martinsville. Was a great opp for him.
